Historic Apt Near Music Row 2.5m from Broadway!

Location for our stay was perfect! Clean and comfortable!! Beds were super cozy!! Positive: Comfortable and cozy Negative: Couldn’t find the trash cans outside when we left to dispose of trash.

Positive: If I had any questions, I was answered right away. The location was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Great place with close enough location to downtown (Broadway) Positive: Location was very convenient and the apartment is setup very comfortably. Everything you'll need is there. We were even able to have a package delivered to the apartment. Loved it! Negative: This is very minor. Door opens into stairs. At a minimum, carrying luggage is an inconvenience, but if you have senior guests or with disabilities it'll be uncomfortable.

Positive: This apartment was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. Accommodating host, and the apartment was in a very nice and quiet area, with a convenient grocery store across the street. The apartment was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: It furnishes lots of dishes and glassware. Owner is very good to response. Good size for family of four to six (4 in our family) and nice clean condo. Location is closer to downtown. Negative: Bathroom shower curtain is a little shabby. It will be nice to have a microwave and cooktop in kitchen. It might be noisy with traffic since it locates in intersections.
